Increased efficiency in our production

At Praher Plastics, we work on optimisations every day to provide our customers with the best quality and enable smooth processes.

This project was no exception: in the past, manual weighing of goods was an essential step in determining the correct shipping quantity. Thanks to an adaptation of two of our machines, which produce pipe clips and reducing bushes, this step is no longer necessary and the machines can independently record how many parts are already in the shipping package.

Our employees now only have to take care of sealing the packs. The rest is done by the machines fully automatically and with maximum precision.
